Cinderella Film Fashion & Berlin Exhibition

  Lily James is Cinderella and Richard Madden is the Prince in Kenneth Branagh`s action feature inspired by the classic fairy tale.


  The shimmering costumes were created by the Academy Award® winning costume designer Sandy Powell in collaboration with Swarovski, who provided over 1.7 million crystals to bring added sparkle to Cinderella’s magical world.


  Cinderella’s iconic slippers were created by technicians at the headquarters of the crystal house in Austria to Powell’s design. The dazzling slippers, which play such a pivotal role in the fairy tale, were hewn from solid crystal and feature 221 facets in light-reflecting Crystal Blue Aurora Borealis coating.
  The Cinderella Exhibition, presented by Swarovski, will take place at Kraftwerk Berlin and will be open to the public on Saturday 14 February and Sunday 15 February from 10 am to 6 pm. Admission is free.
At the centre of the exhibition will be Cinderella’s iconic slippers as well as 22 original costumes and hundreds of original props from the film, including the Fairy Godmother’s magic wand.
